Rules and Regulations

  1. The tournament will be conducted as per rules & regulations and laws as  laid down by BWF & BAL.
  2. Minimum 8 entries are required for conducting the Event. In case of less number of entries, the competition event will be cancelled, but the selection trials will be played in whichever events required.
  3. The decision of the Tournament Committee will be final and binding on all the players.
  4. The performance of the participants will be considered for the selection of Pune District team.
  5. The Tournament Committee reserves the right of refusing any entry without assigning any reason.
  6. Only Online Entries will be accepted.
  7. Only one of the partners to submit the entry for Doubles event with Partner’s information correctly filled.
  8. YONEX brand shuttlecocks will be used during the tournament.
  9. Last date of entries is Sunday 27th May 2018, 11.59 p.m.
  10. List of entries will be published on Tournament Software & also will be displayed at PDMBA website on 29th May 2018.
  11. The draws will be taken out on Saturday 2nd June 2018. The draws will be open draws.

  • Age Group – U13(born on / after 1st Jan 2006), U15(born on / after 1st Jan 2004)
  • Age Group – U17(born on / after 1st Jan 2002), U19(born on / after 1st Jan 2000)
  • Age Group – 35+ (born on / before 31st Dec 1982), 40+(born on / before 31st Dec 1977), 45+ (born on / before 31st Dec 1972)
  • Age Group – 50+(born on / before 31st Dec 1967), 55+(born on / before 31st Dec 1962), 60+(born on / before 31st Dec 1957), 65+(born on / before 31st Dec 1952)
  • Age Group – Seniors – Open
